£1.75 million expected for Merrion Square buildings

Dublin's Georgian office market has become the busiest part of the commercial sector in recent weeks. Latest buildings to go for sale are 46 and 47 Merrion Square which are currently producing almost £80,000 from a mixture of office and residential tenants. Lisney expects to secure in excess of £1.75 million at auction on May 27th for the buildings which have over 11,500 sq ft of space. There is a double mews site at the rear which could be used for a residential scheme.
