Hillview Securities, a subsidiary of McInerney Holdings, expects to secure in excess of £1.3 million for an office investment in Galway city. The Cornstore, a mixed development of apartments and offices, has 10,000 sq ft of office accommodation, which is rented to Acorn Life Ltd under a 25-year lease from 1988. The current rent of £90,000 per annum includes two car-parking spaces. There are no break clauses in the lease. Mason Owen & Lyons is to auction the investment on June 24th.
