Culture Night returns on September 22nd and for dedicated followers of fashion there is plenty to see and do. Grafton Academy of Fashion Design is hosting live fashion shows throughout the evening as well as fashion demonstrations, illustration, felting, appliqué, embroidery, and beading classes.

The Brunswick Mill Studio in Dublin, a creative space for artists working in different disciplines like fashion, animation and print-making will open its doors for the evening.

At the National Design & Craft Gallery in Kilkenny, you can join a knitathon or check out upcoming talent at the Primary School Fashion Eye-Cons showcase, enjoy a Junk Kouture Fashion Show, or learn about Japanese lantern-making.

In the Craft Village in Kildare you can create a beautiful, floral corsage, design your own monoprints, or fashion a colourful felt piece.

Elsewhere, Monaghan County Museum will have a fashion show of traditional Japanese dress. The full programme is available at www.culturenight.ie
