Clinique Happy in Bloom perfume sprayThis is the perfume I use during the day, I just love the scent, and it reminds me of summer time. The smell also stays with me all day.

Clarins Body Treatment Oilhas a soothing aroma and is easily absorbed into my skin. I used it during both of my pregnancies and it is great for preventing stretch marks. When I feel like treating myself, I buy a bottle.

Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick CompactI love this product, the combination of bronze colours gives my cheeks a healthy glow. It's a must-have in my make up bag.

Clinique Superbalm Moisturising GlossThis is a new product by Clinique and I absolutely love it. I am obsessed with lip balms anyway and this is the best one I have used. It leaves my lips very smooth, while giving a nice tint too.

Autumn glory

Aveda, well known for its natural approach, soft colour palette and excellent hair product range, has stepped out of its comfort zone this autumn to give us vibrant colour – bold lips, sculpted brows and dramatic eyes. The collection is based on plant ingredients which give a delicious fresh scent, while the rich shades of the eye palette offer crease-resistant colour, courtesy of jasmine and geranium flower wax. Eyes right

It's recommend that we take a screen break every 15 minutes to give our eyes a rest from the computer, but how many of us actually do so? Screen glare combined with office air conditioning and harsh fluorescent light, eyes can become tired, irritated and very uncomfortable. Optrex ActiMist 2-in-1 Eye Spray (€19.99) is a soothing solution which is sprayed over closed eyelids to refresh and moisturise. Sounds weird, but it really works, and yes, it can be used over eye make up without smudging (and contact lens). A great desk drawer standby. At pharmacies.
