Is olc an ghaoth nach séideann maith ar bith

Tháinig an ghaoth agus d’imigh an claí. Oíche na gaoithe móire agus muid uilig inár gcuid tithe ag éisteacht léi – sa chás go bhfuil teach agat.

Creideann muid go bhfuil muid sofaisticiúil, go bhfuil oideachas orainn, go dtig linn ár rogha rud a dhéanamh.

Ach séideann an ghaoth agus titeann an fhearthainn agus ní fada go mbíonn muid chomh sofaisticiúil lenár sinsir romhainn ina gcuid uaimheanna.

Cad é an fheidhm atá leis an chéim sin ollscoile agat agus an dúlra i mbun ionsaí ar do theach beag bídeach?

Cad é a bhí le déanamh againn uilig ach éisteacht leis an chuaifeach agus fanacht go dtí gur imigh an stoirm?

Leag an gála an claí sa ghairdín cúil – agus claí na gcomharsan fosta.

Tua de ghaoth a bhí ann, tua a leag trí chlaí i ndiaidh a chéile. Is féidir linn an claí a dheisiú.

Faraor, ní hamhlaidh an scéal ag roinnt de na crainn sa cheantar. Stoith an t-anfa as a seasamh iad. Bhí crann nó dhó le feiceáil bun os cionn sna páirceanna, a gcuid fréamhacha stróicthe as an úir agus ris leis an spéir.

Ba thruacánta an radharc é. Níl sé nádúrtha fréamhacha crainn a fheiceáil go lom faoi sholas an lae. Tá rún an chrainn scaoilte, a chuid cuislí gearrtha, a sheal tugtha.

Ní chuirtear an éadáil amú, ámh. Ní fada go raibh na feirmeoirí chun an chrainn, sábha leo – adhmad tine.

Is olc an ghaoth nach séideann maith ar bith!
