To break in his new show, Tommy Tiernan is avoiding the bigger venues and instead going on a tour of venues around Co Galway – places that don’t normally feature on the comedy circuit.
Having recently set a new Guinness World Record for the longest stand-up comedy show (at 36 hours and 15 minutes), Tiernan will be debuting his new material starting in Cloughanover on Monday and travelling on to Carraroe, Clifden, Milltown, Athenry and Clonbur.
He follows the tour with a six-night run at Galway’s Cube venue (Jul 13th to 18th) to coincide with the Galway Arts Festival.
