Lucy Deegan, a 17-year-old student from Luggacurren, Co. Laois - a pupil at Gaelcholaiste Cheatharlach in Co Carlow - has been chosen as overall winner of this year's 63rd Texaco Children's Art Competition. Above is her winning work, entitled Tom - Summer.
