KASHMIR: A Kashmiri man, covered in a polythene sheet, walks during snowfall in Srinagar, the summer capital of Indian Kashmir on Friday. Kashmir witnessed a fresh spell of snowfall with the local Meteorological Department issuing an advisory asking people not to venture into the avalanche-prone and landslide-prone areas and maintain proper ventilation of their rooms.
