TRACK OF THE WEEK: Nuclear Seasonsby Charli XCX. We've featured Charli before, when debut single Stay Awaywas released. Back then, we were excited about her goth-pop sound and now we're even more so. Nuclear Seasons is the lead single off the EP of the same title and is more Cyndi than Siouxsie – and all the better for it. We particularly enjoy the synth line, which sounds like a musical pinball machine.

The Wantedhave recently found themselves in hot water – both Max and Nathan were in a punch-up outside a nightclub. An observant onlooker told the Mirrorthat "they had befriended a pair of brunette women but when two other

guys who were passing started to try their luck with the girls, Nathan flew into a rage”.

The Wanted’s spokesman put a chivalrous spin on the encounter though, claiming that “the men made lewd comments to the girls. Max and

Nathan defended them and there was a scuffle. They were sticking up for them.”

An All-Time Lowfor the band?
