The May bank holiday weekend is chock-full of musical treats. The Rhythm Roots festival kicks off today in Kilkenny and runs until Monday. Beth Orton, John Grant and Drive-By Truckers are on the bill. Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival is also taking place, with Gang of Four, The Human League and more, while Bray Jazz Festival returns for its 12th instalment this weekend.
