Fans of superstar DJs can take their pick from Laurent Garnier (Tuesday, Dublin, pictured right), Paul Van Dyk (Friday, Dublin) and a Meganite bash with Mauro Picotto, Fergie and Steve Lawler (Saturday, Belfast).

Clubland connoisseurs may prefer Andrew Weatherall’s one-night stand at Pogo (Tuesday, Dublin) or London house dude Wbeeza out west at Lowerstate (Wednesday, Galway).

There’s even a festival buzz on the schedule, with the Yes Festival bringing two dozen mad-for-it DJs and live acts to Dublin’s Eastpoint Business Park, while the 12 Paddys Day Party is a blowout for the day that’s in it from the Bodytonic crew. Be careful
