Amidst a sea of bouncing mohawked, lip-pierced fans, excitement for Blink 182’s first Irish gig in two years was tangible. Thousands of voices sang along to well-seasoned hits Feeling This, I Miss You and Violence, and never wavered when the band broke into tracks from their latest album Neighbourhoods. Ending with a powerful drum solo by Travis, fans’ reactions said it all: Blink 182 may have been gone a while, but not forgotten.
