What do you get as a present for a club that’s turning 15? When Shine first came on the scene back in 1995, Belfast and clubland were far different beasts. A decade and a half on, Shine continues to be a centre of excellence for all things house, techno and electronic. While no longer the monthly fixture it was for so long, the big nights out continue, and tonight is certainly one of those.

Topping the bill is Vitalic aka French electronic gourmet Pascal Arbez, who has provided plenty of thrills via his OK Cowboyand Flashmobalbums. Josh Wink has poked Shine before and he's back with an Ovum Records set. There are also appearances from Aeroplane (Vito De Luca flying solo, below) and Dutch electronic-house queenpin Steffi (currently resident at the Panorama Bar at Berlin's infamous Berghain). Naturally, there's local representation on the bill as well, via Phil Kieran, Psycatron, Miniminds and Daniel Simpson.
