Mahogany chest on chest for £3,000 plus

TOWN & Country will be holding a large sale of antique and reproduction furniture tomorrow afternoon in its rooms on Lower Ormond Quay, Dublin. Among the lots on offer are a George III mahogany chest on chest (£3,000-£4,000), a Victorian mahogany bookcase (£800-£1,200) and a Victorian walnut pier cabinet (£700-£800). There will also be paintings by Irish artists, including Gladys McCabe, Charles McAuley and George Gillespie.
