Hathaway painting may fetch £1,200

DENIS LYNE has some interesting additions to his sale at the Arbutus Lodge in Cork next Tuesday, one late entry is a watercolour of Ann Hathaway's cottage by A.C. Wyatt. It is estimated at £800-£1,200.

Some of the smaller items of interest in the sale include a 19th century bronze figure of Narcissus, signed Sommers Napoli, (£1,000-£1,500); a good Cork carver chair (£300-£500); and a selection of gilt mirrors and overmantels (£500-£1,200).
