You know what it’s like with dancing games. No one wants to be the first to demonstrate their uncoordinated flailing moves first. Just Dance 4 has been available on the rival consoles for several weeks, but Ubisoft has saved something special for the Wii U version. In multiplayer, you can add a fifth player in to be the puppet master. Use the Wii U GamePad controller to decide the choreography in real time, choosing from a menu of dance moves as the whim takes you. Occasionally, you’ll be asked to strike a particular pose, which gives the winner of that mini challenge extra points – useful in a grudge match. There are also some Wii U exclusive tracks. Aside from that, there’s little else different from the regular version. It’s still easy to fool the game into thinking that you’re nailing the moves, when in fact all you’re doing is moving one hand. Which doesn’t make this the most difficult game in the world.
