Bleary-eyed viewers crazy enough to sit up for the Golden Globes may have failed to register an interesting aside made by Peter Dinklage after picking up his award for Game of Thrones. The actor, who is a dwarf, finished his speech by suggesting that viewers Google somebody named "Martin Henderson".

It transpires that Mr Henderson, also a dwarf, is a 37-year-old Somerset man who was seriously injured after being tossed in the air by louts outside a pub. Speaking to breakfast television, Henderson, currently forced to walk with a Zimmer frame, said: "Yes, it is a very, very good thing. I just couldn't believe it when I woke up yesterday morning,"

Henderson then confessed that he hadn't heard of Peter Dinklage.
