Shoppers picking up last-minute gifts on Grafton Street on Christmas Eve were shocked to see Glen Hansard, Mundy, Liam Ó Maonlaí and Damien Rice take to the street for a busking session that lasted almost two hours.

Bono also turned up to sing four songs with the group, which raised €2098.13 for homeless charity the Simon Community. "Let's do it every year!" said Hansard.
