A report headed "Tribunal to check FF record on tax incentives" in the editions of February 19th stated incorrectly that Mr Ken Rohan, as owner of the former International Meat Packers site on Grand Canal Street, Dublin, was among the major beneficiaries of urban renewal designation in 1994.

In fact, the site had received only enterprise zone designation and, since this excluded major office development, Mr Rohan states it was "useless to us, as evidenced by the fact that we didn't even start building on the site until after it ran out."
