Demand from buyers and exhibitors alike has encouraged the organisers of the National Book Fair to hold another summer event tomorrow at Masonic Hall on Dublin's Molesworth Street. Opening at 10 a.m., the fully-booked fair will offer collectors a wide selection of work, with the Stokes Books stand carrying a copy of the Proceedings of the Linen Hempen Manufacturers of Ireland in three volumes from 1807 to 1809.
In addition, the same dealers have the 1953 Hodges & Figgis catalogue number 10, possibly the finest list of Irish books ever issued.
