Telia to appeal 3G decision

Swedish telecoms operator Telia said yesterday it would appeal the national telecom regulator's decision last month not to award it a domestic third-generation mobile phone network licence. Analysts said Telia's demand for a freeze on the regulator's decision pending the appeal was unlikely to succeed.
