1977 APPLE IINow with the backing of a former Intel engineer the first real Apple PC is introduced at a Californian computer show and features a stunning innovation: colour graphics. Jobs is already thinking about ease of use.

1983 LISA COMPANY VALUE $2. 1bnThe first PC with a graphical interface but with a hefty price tag of $10,000 it is a commercial failure. The experience ensures Jobs will never get involved in design by committee again.
