SoftCo, the Co Dublin-based e-business and knowledge management specialists, has announced the acquisition of FaxSwitch, a high-volume fax and media routing software product, from a British company, Hexar.
The media routing technology will be integrated with SoftCo's Octane e-Business solution.
Softco employs 85 people in its offices in Leopardstown. It recently established a development centre in Sligo to work on the next generation of Internet and e-commerce related products.
