Ryanair said yesterday it would extend its reach across continental Europe with seven new routes from its hub at London Stansted. From April 5th, Ryanair will fly from Stansted to Brussels (Charleroi), Gothenburg (Save) and Stockholm (Vasteras) in Sweden, Salzburg in Austria, Esbjerg in Denmark, and Pescara and Trieste in Italy, Ryanair said in a statement. It has almost finished negotiating with four European airports about setting up a new continental base and it will announce its airport choice on February 28th.
