Delphi Technologies has appointed Mr Declan Cunningham as company chairman. Until recently Mr Cunningham was head of information technology at AIB Capital Markets.

Ms Karen Coyle has taken over as marketing manager at Cuisine de France. Ms Coyle, who will be responsible for all marketing activities for the Irish and UK markets, joins Cuisine de France from Ballygowan.

Internet product development company Vistech has appointed Ms Audrey Dunne to the position of business development manager.
