Marketing manager of Erin Foods, Mr Jimmy Cass, has been appointed president of the Association of Advertisers of Ireland.

Aventis Pharma has made three new appointments to its management team.

Dr Fiona O'Hara has been appointed therapeutic director (Cardio-Vascular/Diabetes). Dr Tracy Cunningham has been appointed therapeutic director (Oncology) and Dr Declan Daly has been appointed therapeutic director (Allergy/bone/central nervous system).

Ms Tara Farrell has been appointed promotions and sponsorship manager at Lite FM. Before her appointment, Ms Farrell worked with Independent Radio Sales and FM 104.

Ms Olivia McEvoy has been appointed as a recruitment consultant with Osbourne Recruitment. Ms McEvoy is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin and represented Ireland at the UWC Pearson College, Canada.

Brightwater Selection has appointed Ms Wendy Hodgson as manager of the temporary and contract division.

Ms Hodgson has nine years financial recruitment experience in Australia, Britain and Europe.

Carphone Warehouse has made two new appointments. Mr Mark Stiller has been appointed area retail manager and Mr Brian McMahon has been appointed area manager in the corporate sales department.

Ms Jean Avery has been appointed marketing manager at Electricworld. Previously Ms Avery was client services director and media director with Golden Vale in Northern Ireland.

Ganley Walters has appointed Ms Olga Ryan as a negotiator in its country property division. Before her appointment, Ms Ryan worked for Hamilton Osborne King.
