Pay-as-you-go on the Net

A "Pay-As-You-Use" Internet service yesterday would be on offer for home users from December 1st when derogation is introduced, Esat Telecom announced yesterday. Users of the service will be charged on a per minute basis, with the charge including the cost of the call and the cost of Internet access.
