A High Court action by the owners of The Examiner newspaper over an alleged agreement for the purchase of a Co Kerry newspaper was yesterday adjourned for two weeks.
In proceedings against Ms Anne Lundon and Ms Susan O'Keeffe, Cork-based Thomas Crosbie Holdings Ltd claims an agreement was made on May 19th last under which it would purchase the shares and the title of The Kingdom newspaper.
