Multimedia deal

VIDEO services group VTR has agreed to sell its multimedia rights, valued at £1.68 million sterling, to the Advanced Media Group, in which it will take a 50 per cent stake. The multimedia business of VTR and its subsidiary, the Portman Entertainment Group, have been incorporated into a new company called Rayvill.
