Frankfurt Dax: 4406.09 (-70.35) German shares yesterday closed a lacklustre floor session down nearly half a per cent but bounced back into positive territory in late trade, capping a record-breaking week.
Paris Cac: 3025.95 (+52.42) The Paris Bourse reached a new record closing high and a new all time high as the CAC 40 index gained 1.76 per cent on the day to end at 3,025.94 points.
Milan Mibtel: 15,094 (+88) Italian shares closed firmer yesterday with support coming from a higher Dow Jones and the slightly firmer trend to domestic bonds, with investors still prepared to buy on any weakness in the market, dealers said.
