Kingspan director and former Bank of Ireland chief executive Mr Pat Molloy has spent £50,000 buying 25,000 Kingspan shares at 200p each. This is Mr Molloy's first purchase of Kingspan stock since he was appointed to the company's board.
Kerry Group deputy managing director Mr Hugh Friel has increased his stake in the group to 300,000 shares after being left 1,789 Kerry shares in a will. Another Kerry director, Mr Diarmuid O'Connell, has bought 1,000 shares at 750p each, bringing his stake in the company to 6,481 shares.
Greencore director Mr J.K. Kinder has told the Stock Exchange that he bought 20,000 shares this week at 235p sterling each.
