A director of Kingspan Group, Mr Samuel Rusk, has realised £4.8 million after selling two million Kingspan shares at 240p. The shares were sold last Wednesday and represented 1.2 per cent of Kingspan's total issued shares. After the sale, Mr Rusk retains 400,000 Kingspan shares.
