Kentz Corporation share options

Kentz Corporation, the holding company of the Kentz engineering and construction group, has granted 127,000 share options to chief executive Hugh O’Donnell and chief financial officer Ed Power as part of the company’s employee share option scheme. Mr O’Donnell currently holds 6.4 per cent of company stock, with Mr Power holding 1 per cent.
