Chill to create 100 jobs in Dublin

One hundred jobs are to be created at insurance firm Chill in Dublin.

The company is to expand its operations as it marries its traditional brokerage business with its growing online division, Chill.ie.

Positions will be available in its insurance, back office and technology wings. Recruitment for some positions will begin immediately and the rest of the staff will be taken on over the next three years.

Bestseller to open 30 new stores

The Danish retail group Bestseller is planning to open a further 30 fashion stores in Ireland before the end of the year.

The brands include ladies' wear labels Vero Moda, Vila and Only, mens wear trader Jack & Jones and childrens' wear brand Name It.

The group already has 67 stores in Ireland and expects to create more than 200 jobs with the latest expansion.
