ICON, the Irish clinical trials group which took a listing on Nasdaq last year, is to list its shares on the Irish Stock Exchange from next Monday.
Since it floated on Nasdaq at $18 (£13.29) a share in May last year, ICON has had a turbulent time. The shares rose as high as $36.75 last January before a profits warnings last month saw the share price collapse to a low of $10. Since then, the shares have recovered somewhat and were trading at around $16 on the Nasdaq yesterday. At this price, ICON has a market value of around $165 million (£120 million).
