Private home care provider Connected Health to create 200 jobs

New jobs are to be centered mainly in Belfast and North Down, the company said

Independent private home care provider Connected Health has announced 200 new jobs in Northern Ireland.

The new roles in homecare, training and support, are to be centered mainly in Belfast and North Down.

The announcement was made by the company at the official opening of its Connected Academy, a new accredited training facility for care workers.

Connected Health, which currently employs more than 450 people in the north and a further 110 in the Republic, said it had already started recruiting for the new roles.

The company delivers about 1.5 million care visits across Northern Ireland each year.
