A GROUP of hardware companies are joining together in a new marketing initiative which they say will create up to 100 new jobs. The initiative, called ARRO, has been devised by the directors of National Hardware, an Irish owned company.

It will be supported by an £11 million marketing drive. The company says the aim is to improve group identity and to establish a uniform image throughout the country.

One of the first member stores to use the new branding will be Reynolds ARRO DIY Superstore in Ballinamore, Co Leitrim. The Minister for Justice, Ms Owen will officially open the Reynolds Showrooms on Monday.
