Christmas trees are the main focus of a new forestry fund called Royal Irish Silvaculture IV Ltd. Investments in needle-retaining noble fir trees may be purchased for a minimum investment of £10,000.
The projected return is £25,253 over nine years, with investors receiving approximately a third of their investment after three years. This is equivalent to 14.7 per cent a year tax free, the Carlow-based company said.
Before investing, consumers need to be aware of a fund's projected return method and risks. The offer closes on July 15th.
