Fishers secures company

Fishers International has said that its £10.8 million sterling (€12.3 million) offer for the insurance loss adjuster Pycraft & Arnold Holdings has been declared unconditional. The company said it had received acceptances representing 94.8 per cent of the issued share capital of Pycraft & Arnold by the first permitted closing date yesterday afternoon.
