First UK Residential Property, a joint-venture company between Sherry FitzGerald Group and Tansey Webster Stewart, will launch additional investment funds aimed at enabling investors to invest in the British property market later this year.

Investors pay no tax during the fund's life and the portfolio will be sold after 10 years. Shareholders will be liable for Irish Capital Gains Tax, currently at 20 per cent.
