The Minister of State for Labour, Trade and Consumer Affairs, Mr Tom Kitt, is to appoint Mr Fiach MacConghail as cultural director of Ireland's participation at Hanover's EXPO 2000. Mr MacConghail, who has been artistic director at Dublin's Project Arts Centre, will be responsible for Irish contributions.
