Esat appoints new director

Esat Telecom Group announced yesterday that Mr David Bunworth, current marketing director at Aer Lingus, is to be appointed the group's new marketing director.

Mr Bunworth joined Aer Lingus in 1995 and was responsible for worldwide sales and marketing. An Aer Lingus spokesman said that he had been central to the repositioning of the airline's brand in his time there. He previously worked for Sterling Health, Guinness Ireland, Blackwater Holdings and IDA.
