EBS cuts fixed mortgage rates

EBS Building Society has cut its fixed mortgage rates by 0.25 per cent.

Under the new rates, customers can fix for one year at 5.4 per cent, for two years at 5.49 per cent and for 10 years at 6.45 per cent.

With discount, new EBS customers opting for a one-year fixed mortgage will qualify for a rate of 4.75 per cent.
