Dragon signs production accord

The official signing of the production sharing agreement which allows the Irish exploration company Dragon Oil to develop and produce hydrocarbon resources in the Cheleken peninsula in the Caspian Sea took place yesterday, in Turkmenbashi. The agreement comes into effect immediately.
