Microsoft and Deutsche Telekom are planning to jointly enter the Internet television market, according to a report in Focus magazine. The report said a new WebTV decoder, which connects a television set to the Internet, was about to be unveiled. The decoder, costing less than DM500, allows television viewers who subscribe to Deutsche Telekom's Internet service to send and receive email.
