North’s Property has a good chance of tempting buyers this week when it begins marketing the former Knowles Electrical shop at 112/113 Lower George’s Street in Dún Laoghaire. The agency has put a reserve price of €195,000 on the two-storey corner building which has a floor area of 155sq m (1,668sq ft). It goes to auction on September 27th.
North’s is also seeking a tenant for the former Xtra-vision shop at Main Street, Blackrock, Co Dublin. A rent of €49,500 is being quoted for the 115sq m (1238sq ft) building.
