Private treaty sale of Ballybrack pub for €750,000

Overall site of 0.172 of an acre includes enclosed yard

Estate agents Crawford’s of Dalkey are seeking offers in the region of €750,000 for The Rambler’s Rest public house in Ballybrack, Co Dublin, which is for sale by private treaty.

The business has been trading since 1878 and operates from a particularly spacious building with an overall floor area of 650sq m (7,000sq ft).

It was sold at an Allsop Space auction last autumn for €695,000, after which the upper floor was upgraded.

The overall site of 0.172 of an acre includes an enclosed yard.
