RedevelopmentSite: A substantial family house with large grounds ideal for redevelopment has come on the market at Westminster Road in Foxrock, Co Dublin.
Savills HOK is suggesting a price of over €7 million for the property which failed to sell at tender in October, 2006, when the guide price was over €13 million.

Foxrock remains one of the most sought-after south Dublin locations with families constantly trading up and trading down as their circumstances change.
