WHITEWATER shopping centre in Newbridge, Co Kildare, which continues to attract bumper crowds because of its strong line-up of tenants, has moved quickly to fill the unit previously occupied by Pepe fashions. The replacement tenant, Carrig Dunn, which specialises in giftware, has been allocated the ground floor shop which extends to 138sq m (1,485sq ft) and also has space at mezzanine level. The new rent will be €75,000 plus 10 per cent of the turnover.
The centrepiece of Whitewater is its food court where 10 traders regularly fill the 550 seats in this enclave. The most recent arrival was Asian food specialist Jim Zeng. Savills are the letting agents.
