HEALTH FOOD specialist Holland Barrett is to open its 42nd Irish outlet at Northside shopping centre in Coolock, Co Dublin.

The multiple will be paying a rent of €30,000 plus 9 per cent of turnover for the 148sq m (1,600sq ft) shop which is opposite the recently extended Doc Morris pharmacy.

Other new arrivals in the centre include Kavanagh Furnishings, which is currently fitting out a unit of 107sq m (1,160sq ft). Tegan White of Savills is letting agent for Northside shopping centre.
